Lincoln Memorial sunrise viewCongressman David Trone offers internships throughout the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters in both his Washington, D.C. and Maryland offices. Internships in our Washington, D.C. office are intended for current undergraduate students, recent college graduates, and students currently enrolled in graduate school. Internships in our Maryland district offices are intended for current undergraduate students, recent college graduates, and students currently enrolled in graduate school, and in some circumstances, high school students. Students with demonstrated financial need may be eligible for financial aid.

These internships are a great opportunity for interested students to gain hands-on experience in the legislative and constituent services processes. Individuals seeking an internship with demonstrated financial need may be eligible for financial aid. Financial need may be shown by confidentially submitting verification of Pell Grant eligibility or providing a confidential written statement outlining the circumstances demonstrating financial need. Please note that the office of Congressman Trone has a need-blind hiring process, meaning we will not consider an applicant's financial status during our internship hiring process.
