If you are eligible for a grant, a good place to find potential programs is in the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA).

Contact the applicable federal office

The federal office is listed within the description of the program on the CFDA website. If the office is not listed, click here for more information on agency offices.

How do I apply for a grant and write a grant proposal?

To apply for the grant, you must a have a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number and register with System for Award Management (SAM). For guidance in writing grant proposals, grants.gov can provide more information.
