Flag Order Form

If you would like to order a U.S. flag from my office, please use this flag order form to calculate the price and shipping costs.

You will have the option for printing the completed form for sending to my office with your check.

You will also have the option to request the flags purchased to be flown over the Capitol.

Care of the Flag

Most outdoor flags can be washed in mild detergent and thoroughly rinsed. Indoor and parade flags should be dry-cleaned. Damaged flags can be repaired and utilized as long as the overall dimensions are not noticeably altered. American Legion Posts and local governments often have facilities to dispose of unserviceable flags. Store your flag in a clean, well ventilated area.

Fallen Heroes Flag Request

The Fallen Heroes Flag Act allows my office to fly an American flag over the U.S. Capitol in honor of individuals who have lost their lives in the line of duty. My office is privileged to provide this symbol of gratitude to the families of our fallen heroes at no cost. 
 
If you would like to honor an immediate family member who was a clergy member, firefighter, member of a rescue squad or ambulance crew, law enforcement officer or public safety officer who passed away in the line of duty within the last 180 days, please call my Washington, DC office at (202) 225-3061 or email me here.
