Are you planning a visit to Washington, D.C.? Whether you're coming on a short business trip, or an extended family vacation, my office can help you make arrangements for some of the more popular Federal attractions in our Nation's Capital.
While you are in Washington, D.C., I encourage you and your family to stop by my office. If you are a resident of the 1st Congressional District of Tennessee who plans to visit Washington, D.C., my office may be able to provide you with tickets to many of the area's most popular attractions and historical landmarks. We are able to help you reserve tours to the U.S. Capitol, the White House, and the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. However, in hopes that it will help you plan part of your trip, I recommend viewing my Guide to Washington, which provides information for touring and visiting some of D.C.’s most popular attractions.
These tours are an excellent way to see all that the nation's capital has to offer and all of these tours are of no charge to you. All tickets are provided to my constituents on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the large number of visitors, please request them as early as possible in order to maximize your chances.
Special note on White House tours:
Please be aware that the White House receives a multitude of requests each season, and it is not uncommon for immediate dates to not be available or for tours to be denied even if requested weeks or months in advance. For the best possible chance of having your tour request approved, we recommend making the request several months in advance.
For security purposes, the White House requires a Security Information Form to be filled out and submitted when requesting a tour. Please provide your information below, and a member of my staff will contact you with instructions for completing the White House Security Information Form.
