The Indiana National Guard’s Hoosier Youth ChalleNGe Academy is a federally and state funded “At Risk” youth academy. The Hoosier ChalleNGe Academy is a quasi-military training academy which teaches “cadets” life coping skills, academic excellence, leadership and team work.
