As you may know, Congressman Loebsack is retiring at the end of 2020, after serving 14 years in Congress. Due to the processing time through the Supply Office and the Flag Program, our office is unable to accept any new flag orders after November 15th. For flown flag requests, the last flown date request is December 1st.
