Loebsack Applauds More Than $20 Million Investment in Coralville Infrastructure September 15, 2020 Congressman Dave Loebsack announced today that the City of Coralville has received a grant for $20,525,359 to replace the existing standard diamond interchange at Exit 242 on Interstate 80 with a diverging diamond interchange.
