COVID-19 Student Art Project

Calling all Second District students: The COVID-19 student art project is a way for students in Washington state’s Second District to showcase art they have created since schools closed due to COVID-19. Artworks should express students’ experience with COVID-19.

All mediums of art will be considered for this project. For example, students may submit a written story, poetry, painting drawing, video, music file, etc. Please submit art which is appropriate for all ages and refrain from the use of profanity. All artists should be a current student and residents of the Second District.

All submissions will be reviewed by our team, and posted to the Congressman’s Twitter, Facebook and website on a rolling basis. In anticipation of a high volume of submissions, we cannot guarantee that all submissions will be featured.

Submissions will be accepted until June 1, 2020. Please send your art submissions to COVID19.ArtProject@mail.house.gov along with the signed submission form which can be found here.
