“I extend my warmest congratulations to the 46th President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris on their historic victory in the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election. I am especially proud of Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris for being the first woman and the first multi-racial woman to hold this office. It is an honor to serve with her in the Congressional Black Caucus and a privilege to share a sisterhood in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and The Links, Incorporated.
