There is a shelter open at Bachman Recreation Center 2750 Bachman Drive in Dallas, Texas.

Garland Central Library, located at 625 Austin Street in Garland, Texas, is open for those who need to charge their devices or need internet access.
Power and Gas:

Atmos Energy: Report storm damage or suspected natural gas leaks to (866) 322- 8667.
Reporting Non-Life-Threatening Damage: A few key numbers to call for areas that experienced damage or excessive rain.

Dallas: Report downed trees, power lines and flooding: 3-1-1.

Garland: Report non-life threatening damage to the Garland police department non-emergency number: (972) 485-4840.
