California’s 44th Congressional District includes the communities of Carson, Compton, Florence-Firestone, Lynwood, North Long Beach, Rancho Dominguez, San Pedro, South Gate, Walnut Park, Watts, Willowbrook and Wilmington. It spans from the Port of Los Angeles to the Watts Towers, and features some of the most vibrant business, cultural, and historic communities in Southern California.

An indispensable part of our country’s economy, the port generated approximately $272 billion worth of cargo last year and supports over 3 million jobs annually.

The demographics of California’s 44th district is a reflection of the rich diversity of Southern California.
