Washington, DC – Congressman José E. Serrano today applauded the approval of his resolution to honor Puerto Rican baseball player Roberto Clemente (H.Res. 792), the resolution passed the House with 385 Members in favor, one against, two voting present, and 44 Members not voting .

Applications for Home Energy Assistance Accepted Beginning November 13

Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced that more than $372 million in assistance is available to help older adults and low- and middle-income New Yorkers heat their homes this winter. Applications for the Home Energy Assistance Program will be accepted by local departments of social services beginning on Tuesday, November 13.
