Federal Government Agrees With Representative McSally's Solution
Douglas, AZ – Yesterday, the General Services Administration and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that the Feasibility Study, which began in the fall of 2017, confirmed a need for a two-port solution in order to modernize the Douglas Port of Entry. Letter Advocates Updated Expensing Provisions
TUCSON – Yesterday, U.S. Representative Martha McSally led a letter to Paul Ryan, the Speaker of the House, and Kevin Brady, Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, urging them to bring legislation to the House floor to fix the “retail glitch” ensuring that restaurants and retailers can take full advantage of the expensing provisions within the Tax Cut and Jobs Act (TCJA).
