Congressman Marino was recently named a "Friend of Farm Bureau" for his work to support farmers and ranchers in Pennsylvania and around the country. The Friend of Farm Bureau Award is presented to members of Congress who consistently vote to provide certainty to agricultural producers.

Congressman Marino joined Congresswoman Karen Bass in the introduction of the bipartisan H.R. 7012, Supporting Kinship Connections Act. Specifically, H.R. 7012 would amend the Social Security Act to provide grants to develop and enhance or evaluate kinship navigator programs.

The CREATES Act will lead to lower costs for patients by ensuring that they have access to safe and effective FDA approved generic medicines. It will also ensure consumer safety by maintaining safeguard features of the Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) Program while closing regulatory loopholes that are used to keep prices artificially high.
