On 9/11, terrorists counted on being able to rush and breach the cockpit, knowing that the doors would be opened.Today, the flight deck remains vulnerable when that cockpit has to open. Republican Congressman Fitzpatrick and I re-introduced the bipartisan bill H.R. 911 to make sure that a tragedy like 9/11 never occurs again.
