In a letter to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Klobuchar, Franken, and Peterson urged the agency to use its secretarial authority to take action to protect the nation’s dairy farmers from further crisis and to aid in the expansion and maintenance of domestic markets
Peterson Secures over $15 Million in Transportation Funding
Since July, I have funneled $15,387,103.00 in grants from the Department of Transportation to regional airports throughout the 7th District. Local airports provide critical economic opportunities to our rural communities, and I will continue to fight for strong transportation funding throughout Minnesota.
