MIAMI ­­– Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart (FL-25), Chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, announced Miami-Dade County would receive an $11 million grant from the Federal Transit Administration’s Bus and Bus Facilities grant program. Diaz-Balart’s subcommittee funds this grant program and brought $400 million worth of new funding in his fiscal year 2018 bill.
