  7. Where can I find a copy of a committee hearing that has been printed?
    • For PDFs of the committee’s hearings, please go to the Government Publishing Office Federal Depository System web site at this link: http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/browse/collection.action?collectionCode=CHRG. Official transcripts of hearings require substantial review to ensure accuracy. Please be aware that this review process may take months.
  8. What if I cannot find the hearing I am looking for on the Government Publishing Office website?
    • If the hearing does not appear on the Government Publishing Office website, it probably has not been published yet.  Official hearing prints can take up to six months to a year to be published, especially if they are part of a series or there are many documents for the record to collect and assemble.
  9. Where can I find information about a committee hearing that has not been printed?
    • Refer to the Hearings tab on this web site where hearings are organized by date.  For most hearings, the hearing video, member statements, and witness testimonies are posted.  If you still cannot find what you are looking for, please call the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee at 202-224-2627.
  10. Where can I find information about previous subcommittees?
    • The archive section on this website is a clearing house for all information relating to the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and its subcommittees prior to the 113th Congress. This portion of the website holds old reports, hearing testimony and more.
