    Instead of paying for a wall, Congress should pay for doctors and medical facilities to keep children in CBP and ICE custody alive. If you take custody of a child you are responsible for that child.

    Joaquin please make sure to harp on the drug issue as well. Since 90% of drugs come through ports of entry, some through planes, and some through tunnels, the wall will address maybe 5% of drug traffic and not even entirely stop that. We could spend a fraction of that at ports.
