That objective will become almost impossible if we move forward in withdrawing all troops from Syria.

That objective will become almost impossible if we move forward in withdrawing all troops from Syria.
“Additionally, this decision will help ISIS regain ground in Syria and embolden Russian support for the Assad Regime. I urge the President to reconsider this action.”
