As a descendent of a long line of dairy farmers, Representative Thompson is a proud and active member of the House Agriculture Committee, where he currently serves as Vice Chairman. He is also Chairman of the Subcommittee on Nutrition. Representative Thompson also serves on the House Natural Resources Committee and the House Education & the Workforce Committee.
