What is the one thing you wish people knew about the foster care system from your perspective?

Opportunities are always fluctuating for kids and youth in the foster care system. Change is the only thing consistent within a child's and youth’s life. Children and youth from the foster care system need active listeners and people who believe that they CAN reach their full potential, because, with change and inconsistent relationships, defeat and feeling disposable is always a following shadow.
