    Had a great discussion with young farmers from NM who are in DC for the Annual Leadership Convergence. We talked about the importance of passing a strong, bi-partisan Farm Bill to ensure they have all the tools they need to develop & expand their businesses in NM.

    attended the opening of ’s New Mexico Hometown Heroes exhibit, which tells the stories of six Hispanic Congressional Medal of Honor Recipients with roots in New Mexico. The exhibit runs through January 5, 2019.

    Latinas make 53 cents for every $1 paid to white men. Equal pay is as much a fairness issue as it is an economic issue. That’s why I’ve encouraged my colleagues in Congress to support legislation to ensure for equal work & reflect our beliefs in opportunity & equality.
