Co-Chairs Congressman Randy Hultgren and Congressman Jim McGovern would like to thank the individuals, organizations, Members and congressional staff who attended the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission's Tenth Anniversary Celebration on Tuesday, December 11 for their steadfast support of the TLHRC's mission to advocate for human rights worldwide.

Special thanks go to former Co-Chairs Congressman Frank Wolf and Congressman Joe Pitts, Katrina Lantos Swett, daughter of the late... Tom Lantos and President of the Lantos Foundation for Human Rights & Justice, Amnesty International USA and the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom, founding partners of the Defending Freedoms Project, and Congressman Alan Lowenthal, Commission member, for their remarks and their invaluable contributions over the years. The celebration was a fitting start to the Commission's second decade.
