    Commercial fisheries are sensitive to climate change. Warming river and ocean temperatures result in fish kills of migrating and spawning salmon, and affect fish survival, abundance, and distribution.

    The last two terms I introduced the strongest House bill ever to tackle . I will reintroduce my Climate Solutions Act in Jan. Mandates 100% clean energy by 2050; 80% renewables by 2040; and 40% renewables by 2030. Also creates stringent energy efficiency standards.
