  5. I am glad that my friend and the protestors in Paris have agreed with the conclusion I reached two years ago. The Paris Agreement is fatally flawed because it raises the price of energy for responsible countries while whitewashing some of the worst polluters....

  17. The Baton Rouge LA region has improved air quality & is now “in attainment." As a result of these improvements EPA lifted certain gasoline restrictions saving Louisianians $ at the pump. It makes economic sense & it’s a sign of good environmental progress.
