CODIFYING USEFUL REGULATORY DEFINITIONS ACT

Committee on Rules: Full Committee held a hearing on S. 2322, the ``Codifying Useful Regulatory Definitions Act''. The Committee granted, by record vote of 6–2, a closed rule providing for the consideration of S. 2322. The rule provides one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
