WASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL) and U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) announced the formation of the bipartisan Transparency Caucus which will serve as a resource for Members of Congress on bipartisan open government initiatives.
