WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Representative Randy Hultgren (IL-14) has been named the Republican Co-Chairman of the prestigious bi-partisan Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission, charged with promoting, defending and advocating for international human rights as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other relevant human rights instruments.
