Our office can request that an American flag be flown over the US Capitol on any day of the year. The flag & its accompanying certificate make great gifts for special occasions & anniversaries.
Tour Requests
Our office is happy to help you plan your visit to Washington, D.C. Please contact our office to set up tours to a variety of historic D.C. landmarks, such as the Capitol Building & the White House.

Last night, the House passed the Kerrie Orozco Act, a bill named in honor of Omaha Police Officer Kerrie Orozco who was killed in the line of duty. We are committed to taking care of the families of fallen first responders who sacrifice so much for our safety.

The House just passed the FY19 NDAA. I am glad to have helped craft this bill which includes many of my priorities that support our servicemembers and improve our air, land, sea, space, and cyber capabilities to deter adversaries and protect our vital interests.

In the history of our nation, 1.2 million men and women have made the ultimate sacrifice. We honor and remember them all on Memorial Day. All of our warriors had a special story. They were loved by others and loved others, and had aspirations and potential for great lives, but sacrificed it all for our freedom. There is no greater love than to give one’s life for one you love and our heroes showed this love for this country.
