This site is part of the U.S. Senate Web domain. The U.S. Senate collects aggregate data about visits to the web site, such as statistics that show which page of the site is visited the most, the domain from which you reached the Senate site, the date and time of your visit, the pages you visit, and the address of the website, if any, that provided the link from which you accessed the Senate site. This site does have an online comment form that you can submit via e-mail to send your thoughts and concerns to Senator Roberts. That form does require certain personal information from you but only that which is necessary for the office to contact you regarding your comments.

Some casework requests require my office to provide your information to other relevant federal agencies. However, these agencies must comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, which requires you to provide written permission to that agency before it can share any information.

There are links to other federal and state government sites on the this web site which you may find useful. Any link that does not include “senate.gov” in the address is outside the U.S. Senate’s domain. You will need to refer to that site’s privacy policy for information on data they may collect.
