Personal Financial Disclosure
Financial disclosure statements for Representatives are available on the Internet on or about June 15 of the year they are filed. They are available on the Internet through the Clerk’s Financial Disclosure Reports Database.
Every Member of the U.S. House of Representatives is required to file a Financial Disclosure Statement covering the following categories:
- earned income (e.g., salaries and fees)
- donations made by others to charities in lieu of paying a Representative for a speech, appearance, or article
- “unearned” income
- assets purchased, sold, or exchanged
- liabilities
- gifts received
- travel reimbursements
- positions held by the Representative
- agreements with outside entities
