Internships

We are currently accepting internship applications. Please apply here.

About the Internships

Internship opportunities are available in the Washington, DC, Las Vegas, and Reno offices. Interns will experience the legislative process firsthand and learn how the Senator and her staff engage with and serve the people of Nevada.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Interns in the Washington, DC, office have the opportunity to work with the press, legislative, and constituent services teams. A typical day for DC legislative interns may include answering phone calls from Nevadans, assisting the Senator's legislative staff with constituent correspondence, researching legislative issues, attending committee hearings, and giving tours of the Capitol.

Those interested in communications are invited to apply for a DC press internship. A typical day for press interns will include working with the press team to monitor media, assisting with press releases, and helping prepare for interviews and press conferences.

Interns in the Las Vegas and Reno offices will focus on constituent services and learn how we support our local Nevadans.
