BUILD act passes House, advances to Senate

Washington, D.C. – House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee Chairman for Asia and the Pacific, Ted S. Yoho (R-FL), applauded the passage of the BUILD Act (H.R. 5105) in the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018, which passed the House today. The legislation now heads to the Senate.

By streamlining our foreign assistance efforts, the United States will be more efficient and effective in how we target our foreign investments around the globe. This reform will create true partnerships between countries and eventually transition them from aid to trade with the United States.”
