Congresswoman Marcia L. Fudge Statement on the Passing of Congressman Steve LaTourette

WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, OH - Congresswoman Marcia L. Fudge (OH-11) issued the following statement on the passing of Congressman Steve LaTourette:

"It is with a heavy heart I mourn the loss of my friend and former colleague, Congressman Steve LaTourette. My sincere condolences to Steve's family and all who knew and loved him.

"Steve was well-respected, well-liked, and a champion for the people of Northeast Ohio. Steve's wit, common-sense approach, and good nature have left a mark on our state and nation.

"Steve made tough decisions based on what was right, not on party loyalty. He was a statesman and a true public servant.  Steve will be greatly missed."
