TOPEKA, KAN.– This morning, Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins (KS-02) visited Lawrence High School to reveal the winners of the 2016 Congressional Art competition for the 2nd District of Kansas. Congresswoman Jenkins released the following statement after the event:

“Yet again, this year’s Congressional Art Competition demonstrated the depth and breadth of the scholastic artistic talent within Eastern Kansas. All of the amazing entries should be proud of their work, and it is my hope that this competition will inspire even more high schoolers to pursue their passion, in art or whatever it might be. Congratulations to Caroline Baloga and our other winners on their truly impressive and inspirational efforts.”
