Washington, DC- Today, Congressman Jason Smith was sworn into the 115th Congress. This is the start of his second full term representing the Eighth Congressional District of Missouri and the 30 counties it encompasses across southeastern and south central Missouri.

Jason Smith’s (MO-08) bill to remove a federal restriction that prevents patients with kidney failure from accessing the high-quality, affordable health care coverage options they direly need, sending it to the President’s desk to be signed into law.
