2017 Inauguration Ticket Request

Thank you for contacting my office seeking tickets to attend the 2017 Presidential Inauguration ceremony. Allow me to update you on current available information to help you in your decision-making related to travel and participating in this upcoming historic event.

The American Presidential Inauguration is a uniquely American event. It was in March of 1801, just one year after Washington, DC became the United States federal capital, that newly-elected President Thomas Jefferson was sworn into office. Now held on January 20th, after the Twentieth Amendment adopted in 1933, Inauguration Day is enshrined as an example of peaceful transition of power, offering a vision for America’s future while reflecting on our shared past.

Members of Congress are afforded the unique opportunity to offer a limited amount of tickets to constituents interested in participating in this event, and I am pleased to announce this opportunity is available to residents of the 18th Congressional District. Note that tickets are required for every person, (including children and infants in arms) and will be limited to 4 tickets maximum per request to ensure all interested constituents have an opportunity to participate.

Please fill out the form below and provide the following information:
