Nevada’s Dean Heller Will be Sworn in to the U.S. Senate Monday

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell announced Tuesday that Dean Heller of Nevada will be sworn in to the United States Senate at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 9.

“I welcome Dean Heller to the Senate where he’ll be an asset to Republican efforts to create an environment where jobs can come back, stop the administration’s war on American energy during a period of record gas prices, reduce the massive debt that is slowing job growth and repeal the job-destroying health spending law and replace it with commonsense reforms that actually lower costs,” McConnell said.
