On February 3, 2013, I spoke about immigration reform on “This Week with George Stephanopoulos.” There is no question that our immigration system is broken and needs to be repaired. But, the truth is, the president’s immigration plan is nothing new. Similar to the Senate plan, it does not address the underlying causes of illegal immigration in our country.
