It is an honor to represent California’s 51st Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives. Consisting of South San Diego County, all of Imperial County and California’s entire US/Mexico border, our diverse community is uniquely situated to serve as an example of hardwork, understanding and compassion. I am happy to bring these values to the halls of Congress in Washington D.C.
