Washington, D.C. – Members of the Texas Democratic Congressional Delegation released the following statements after the Supreme Court heard oral arguments for Whole Women’s Health v. Hellerstedt, a critical case that challenges Texas’ House Bill 2, a restrictive anti-abortion law passed in 2013, and represents the most comprehensive challenge to the Supreme Court’s historic ruling in Roe v. Wade in nearly a decade:
