CRAMER: New EPA Biofuel Volume Rule Should Provide Some Certainty to Producers, Refiners

“After repeatedly failing to do so in recent years, I’m pleased to see the EPA has finally issued biofuel volumes on schedule. Hopefully this will provide some certainty to producers and refiners. Now that the 15 billion gallon mark for conventional biofuel has been set, I hope industry can meet this new threshold.”
