Earlier this week, the House passed S.J. Res. 22, Congressional Disapproval of the “Waters of the United States” (#WOTUS) Rule.

This resolution was proposed in response to the Obama Administration’s latest unilateral act, the WOTUS Rule, which allows the Environmental Protection Agency to dictate restrictions on the way Americans use their private property.
