Yesterday I intro'd a bill to stop arming terrorists. The bill would prohibit the US government from using taxpayer dollars to provide funding, weapons, training, and intelligence support to groups like the Levant Front, Fursan al Ha, Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, and other allies of al-Qaeda and ISIS, or to countries who are providing direct or indirect support to those same groups. This morning, I discussed why this bill is so important with Hawaii's KITV News: http://bit.ly/2ggGr2w

Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard voted against H.R.6392, legislation that puts the economic security of millions of Americans at risk. The bill would undermine capital requirements put in place on large banks after the 2008 financial crisis, and water down the independent authority of the Federal Reserve to regulate large bank risk. The bill passed the House today by a vote of 254-161. http://bit.ly/2gRBttN
