American Water Resources has NO affiliation to the Township of Lyndhurst Water Department and makes no endorsement of any water service repair insurance by any private water company.

Your DPW Department At Work

The DPW office hours are M-F, 9am-4:30pm. Call Police non-emergency at 201-939-2900 to report water or sewer problems after hours. Two employees are on standby 24/7, 365 days a year, 4pm-7:30am. Any water or sewer issue our employees will work to alleviate it immediately.

The Lyndhurst Community Pool

The Community Pool offers open swimming to members, water exercise classes, and swim lessons for children.

Change Your C/O Detectors

The Lyndhurst Fire Official Office is asking all residents to inspect your detectors and replace them according to your manufactures life span. If life span is unknown, replace the C/O detectors if older than 7 years old from date of manufacture.

Health Department Programs

The Health Consultation Program is held the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 9-11am and consists of a Blood Pressure Check & Health Assessment. At the Child Health Conference, children can receive free immunizations and is held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.

Resident Parking Permit Application

To receive a Lyndhurst Resident Parking Permit simply complete and submit the the application (available below) with all required documentation.
