The new penalties are partially the result of legislation Bost introduced last year to improve America’s anti-dumping and countervailing duty trade remedy laws.

According to Bost, St. Clair as well as Franklin, Williamson and Pulaski counties are set to receive $3.2 million in federal grants or loans for rural developments through the Community Facility Grant program by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
