Congressman Buck Meets with Colorado Students in DC

DC heat and humidity? They're no match for Colorado students. I recently met with a group of bright young students, who came to Washington, DC with the Colorado Rural Electric Association to learn more about the legislative process. With the sun beating down, they asked a bunch of excellent questions, on topics ranging from agriculture, to partisan politics, to why I came to Congress. To that last question, I responded that I came to Congress because we now have more than $18 trillion in debt. This is simply not sustainable. I came to Congress because I want my kids to have a future, and right now, the national debt is threatening that future.
