Duffy Receives Award From Wisconsin State Cranberry Growers Association
Wausau, WI – U.S. Representative Sean Duffy (WI-07) today was awarded the Wisconsin State Cranberry Growers Association (WSCGA) Board of Directors’ [WSCGA] Service To Industry Award. The award is the highest recognition provided by WSCGA.
Congressman Duffy released the following statement regarding the award:
“I’m honored to receive WSCGA’s Service to Industry award because cranberries are not only delicious, but they are also a critical part of Wisconsin’s economy. Wisconsin is the number one cranberry producer in America, and I will continue to work in a bipartisan fashion to ensure that it remains on top for years to come.”
Background:
The award will be presented during the 2017 Wisconsin Cranberry School at the WSCGA Winter Meeting and Trade Show, which will be held January 18-19 at the Holiday Inn in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
