THE 2016 Youth Summit & Diversity Dialogue 

Application Instructions

1.  Complete the application in its entirety. (Get Application HERE)
 

2.Write a one page essay describing yourself and your experience(s) involving leadership and diversity.
 

•Detail your cultural and leadership experience (in family, school, church, community, etc.).
 

•Explain why you would be a good candidate to participate in the 2016 Youth Summit & Diversity Dialogue.
 

• Essay should be double- spaced, 200-250 words in length, size 12pt. font, 1’’ margin.
 

3.   Include 2 letters of recommendation: one from a teacher, a community or religious leader and one from a parent/guardian.
